Pemco Construction Ltd. was established on February 1, 1990 by partners Milan Fischgrund and Josef Lapes. Both Milan and Josef were born and educated in Czechoslovakia. They worked eleven years for a large Edmonton construction company, each holding management positions, before forming Pemco Construction Ltd.Having completed over 2400 projects since its opening date, Pemco Construction Ltd. has developed into a successful business, enjoying both moderate size and financial growth each year. It has an excellent reputation for its sincere approach to clients, high quality product, and on time completion of all projects.
